GOLD LEVEL
Full Design & Installation
This is our premier service in which we will design, supply, fit and project manage your installation from start to finish, to deliver the bathroom of your dreams.
We will visit your house, assess your requirements and survey the room. Back at the showroom we will design your bathroom using our CAD system and produce you a plan and quotation. You will then be invited to the showroom to talk through your plan and quotation. On acceptance we will arrange an in-depth survey to minimise the risk of any hidden surprises. Then an installation date will be scheduled. Once the installation commences we will stay on site until the project is completed to your satisfaction. You can then enjoy a beautifully designed and professionally fitted new bathroom.
SILVER LEVEL
Design & Supply Only
Silver level design takes advantage of our design and project knowledge. We will create your dream bathroom which will include a 3D CAD drawing, a fully working drawing and a product list for your fitter whom we are also willing to work alongside to create these plans. We will visit your house to talk through your requirements and measure the room. You will then be invited to the showroom to talk through the plan and product quotation.
Design and product order must be verified by your own fitter. All products will be delivered to the site and checked off for quality. We also have a list of recommended bathroom fitters you can use
BRONZE LEVEL
Supply Only
This service is plain and simple "tell us what you would like and we will order it". Due to the popularity of online shopping, buying your new bathroom on the net appears very easy and high discounts make it sound very attractive but in reality many things can go wrong. Our service guarantees complete peace of mind in that your products will arrive on site in perfect condition and to suit your property plumbing requirements, plus we are able to compete with discounts of authorised online dealers.
